The Practical Stuff::
Location: In-person in Exton, PA, or virtual sessions.
Free 15-Minute Consultation: Let’s see if we’re a good fit — all it costs is your time.
Therapy Timeline: We’ll start with six sessions and then reassess. As you make progress, sessions may be spaced out, weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly, until you’re ready to “graduate.”
